Bartender (Seasonal)
Responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Ensures outstanding guest service. Minimum of 2 years previous experience. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must have excellent communication skills.

Dealer (PT) *must have Craps or Pai Gow Tiles*
Responsible for efficient dealing of table games. Follows approved policies, procedures and regulatory requirements of games. Initiates and promotes positive customer relations. Must be flexible for swing and/or grave shift. M Minimum of 2 years experience preferred. Please list games under Training/Education section for consideration.

Floorperson (Part Time) *MUST LIST GAMES*
Supervises table games employees during day to day casino table games operation. Trains, counsels, monitor performance and conduct of table games dealers. Responsible to ensure that all casino games employees uphold the Five Basics of Customer Service. Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, internal controls and NJCCC gaming regulations. Minimum of 3 games preferred. Gourmet Coordinator - Il Verdi (Part Time)
In addition to enthusiasm and lively personality, qualified candidates should have experience in a Gourmet Restaurant. Candidate will be responsible for booking walk-in reservations, greeting & seating guests, and maintaining the seating rotation chart. Candidates must "dress to impress" and be able to help establish repeat business.

Hotel Services Manager
Ensures that service and operational standards of the department are being met. Maintains administrative control of the department to ensure that all tasks contingent to the success of the operations are completed within the company standards. Oversees the operation of Front Office and Guest Services on assigned shift. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Three years experience within hotel operations.

Liquor Storeroom Expeditor (Seasonal)
Stocks, refills and replaces liquor bottles and stock in secured storage rooms. Responsible for thorough specialized cleaning and of liquor racks. Responsible for casino and service bar stock using manual and automated fill systems. Assist beverage attendants. Follows kitchen sanitations standards and health code regulations at all times. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous Experience in Beverage Storeroom/Automated Liquor system Preferred. Must be detail oriented and organized. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Marketing Operations Rep (Part Time & Seasonal)
Responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding Diamond Club members and functions, including signing up new players, providing information on promotions and events, and general assistance with player accounts. Interacts with all casino related departments. Excellent customer service and computer skills required. Must be available nights and weekends.

Party Pit Dealer (PT) *must list games on app*
We're seeking Party Pit Dealers who can engage customers in the game and the party atmosphere. Must be able to work 8pm-4am on weekends and holidays. Candidates must be willing to wear company provided costume and provide an exciting, fun atmosphere to our guests. Blackjack and Roulette experience required

Security Shift Supervisor
Supervises all Security and field activities to ensure adequate protection of company and guest assets as well as safety of customers and employees in the hotel/casino complex. Roves or stands posts to ensure safety and security or to observe suspect activity or underage gamblers. Coordinates and handles all suspect activity with management. Provides assistance and directions to guests. Ensures staff is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensures staff upholds the Five Basics of Service at all times. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year security operations experience or law enforcement preferred. Must have keen observation and reporting skills. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess extensive computer knowledge.

Special Events Officer (Casual)
Ensures the safety of patrons and employees. Can be assigned to nightlife, the Quater, or special events. Checks ID's, handles disputes, and assists Tennants with conflicts. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and special events. Shifts may vary from 7pm-3am to 10pm-6am.

Special Events Rep (On Call)
Assisting with unpacking and stocking for player development/special event giveaways. Must be able to lift and load up to 40 lbs, must have excellent communication skills. Must have flexible schedule and be available nights and weekends

Surveillance Systems Tech
Responsible for the testing, alignment, and repair and proper operation of the security and surveillance departments’ closed circuit television and security electronic equipment. Implements preventive maintenance programs designed to eliminate system failures. High school diploma required; advanced training at an electronic equipment school required. Minimum of two years experience in the repair and maintenance of computer controlled security and surveillance systems required. Must have computer knowledge. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


No License Required Positions

Buffet Beverage Server- Pool (Seasonal)
Seasonal food & beverage service at our outdoor poolside decks. Summer attire provided for uniforms. Must be flexible with availability. Poolside service begins Memorial Day weekend.

Cook (Seasonal)
High volume and/or gourmet cooking experience required. Must be flexible to work all shifts. Will pay for experience.

Food Server Attendant- Seaside Cafe (Seasonal)
Assist Food Servers in restaurant with duties such as cleaning tables, setting up for new guests, pouring water, silverware, etc. Must be able to work swing shift and have good communication skills.

Garde Manger (Seasonal)
Prepares Hors D’Oeuvres, relishes, salad dressings and other cold food product. Follows recipes and control procedures set by management. Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations. Minimum of three years experience as a garde manger in a large food service hotel or restaurant operation.

Gourmet Food Server- Fin (Seasonal)
Responsible for interacting with guests, making menu suggestions, taking orders, serving food and presenting guest checks to restaurant customers. MUST have experience with tray service. Prior experience in a gourmet seafood restaurant preferred.

Greeter- Seaside Cafe (Seasonal)
Greet and seat guests at Seaside Cafe. Advises guests of wait times for a table. Provide excellent customer service. Must have flexible schedule.

Housekeeper (Seasonal)
Clean and service hotel guest rooms in a quick, efficient manner. Verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English.

Intermediate Cook (Seasonal)
Responsible for the preparation of all culinary product ordered from the kitchen for the various food outlets. Assures all food production meets department culinary standards. Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times. Three years culinary experience in food preparation and production.

Kitchen Utility
Responsible for scraping, racking, stacking and washing china, silverware and glassware manually and with kitchen sanitation equipment. Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations. May perform other duties as assigned. Must have good communication skills.

Lead Recreation Attendant
Responsible for assuring guest satisfaction by maintaining pools and all recreation center facilities including the beach, in a clean, healthy and attractive condition at all times. Responsible for acting as a lifeguard or health club attendant. Must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.

Lifeguard/Recreation Attendant (Seasonal)
Responsible for assuring guest satisfaction by maintaining pools and all recreation center facilities including the beach, in a clean, healthy and attractive condition at all times. Responsible for acting as a lifeguard, club attendant or cabana attendant as needed. High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Red Cross lifeguard certification preferred. Must have excellent communication skills.

Pantry Attendant (Seasonal)
Assists cooks with making sandwiches, salads, and other cold foods. Slices and portions meats and cheese. Maintains stock.
